▶About delivery companies

Normally, products will be delivered by Sagawa Express or Yu-Pack and delivered to your door. We regret to inform you that we will decide the delivery company.

▶About delivery date and date and time specification

In-stock items are usually shipped within 1-3 business days.

If the item is out of stock, we will ship it as soon as it becomes available. In that case, we will contact you by email.

Deliveries may be delayed by delivery companies during busy periods such as year-end and New Year holidays, Golden Week, Obon, mid-year gifts, and year-end gifts, as well as due to weather, road conditions, natural disasters, etc.
Although our store and delivery company will do their best to deliver your order on the specified date and time, please note that we cannot make absolute promises.

You can specify the date and time for delivery within 3 business days only if the item is in stock.
