About your order
Q. How much does shipping cost?
A. Free shipping for purchases over 5,500 yen (tax included). If the amount is less than 5,500 yen, we will charge 410 yen (tax included).
Q. How long does it take for my order to arrive?
A. In-stock items will normally be shipped within 1 to 3 business days after your order has been confirmed and credit screening has been completed.
Delays may occur due to traffic conditions, natural disasters, etc. note that.
If the item is out of stock, we will ship it as soon as it becomes available. In that case, we will contact you by email.
About payment
Q. What payment methods do you accept?
A. We currently accept credit card payments (VISA, JCB, Master, Amex, Diners) and bank transfers (Amazon, Google, Apple, Shoppay).
Q. When is my credit card debited?
A. This will be the date on which your credit card will be debited. Please contact your credit card company.
Q. Is it possible to issue a receipt?
A. We do not issue individual receipts. Please use the statement issued by your credit card company as your receipt.
About delivery
Q. Who is the shipping company?
A. We will deliver via Sagawa Express or Japan Post. Delivery companies cannot be specified as they vary depending on the product and delivery area.
Q. Can I change the delivery address?
A. If you notify us of the change, you can make the change only before shipping. We will notify you via email after shipping, and you will be responsible for making a change request to the delivery company.
Q. What are the delivery areas?
A. We can deliver all over Japan. We do not accept overseas shipping.
Q. It was not posted in the mailbox.
A. If the package is too large to be mailed, or if it cannot be mailed because it is packed with other packages, we will place a notification slip in the mailbox. Please request delivery.
Q. Is a delivery note included?
A. We do not enclose a delivery note.
About cancellation/refund
Q. Is it possible to return or exchange the product?
A. We take every possible measure to ensure the quality of our products, but in the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged product, or if a delivery error occurs or you receive a different product, we will ship the product within 7 days from the (estimated) date of delivery. Please contact us via the contact form or email address within days. We will handle returns or exchanges. Please note that we will bear the shipping costs for returns and exchanges.
In addition to the above, please note that due to the nature of the product, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to the customer's convenience after the order has been confirmed. Please check here for more details.
